My Christmas Rant
Well hope you all had a good Christmas since I had the time to do some ranting, I'll do it right now, so I got a Edmonton Oilers Home Jersey, a Winnipeg Jets Home Jersey, and a 1985-89 Vancouver Canucks Gold Jersey.
Well 2011 is almost over so that means I have to change my signature logo that is on the corner of my concept and I did, but it'll be the same only using the TV Numbers to make out "2012" and that's all nothing too much to it, as for updating this Blog of my I have been Scheduling it for the past 3 months now and it's really a good help for me posting alot of my concepts on time in fact keep your eye on this blog because I've schedule 2 concepts per week until January 23, 2012, that's the last post for my 2011 concepts all my 38 concepts I made in 2011 will be there, I'm still debating on putting some special stuff on my blog like polls and stuff, I was thinking of doing a tutorials but it's a tough call to do that, mostly explaining every detail and I'm a slow writer that means I take my time instead of being a hurry hurry person, as for other projects I'm planning to do is doing a fan fiction hockey league with of course my concepts, kinda like NHLUniforms.com but a little more fan fiction, right now I'm only at 30% complete on that project done the story almost done and the concepts are half way done just upload them once all of them are done and here we are a fan fiction is ready.
Well I'm pretty much done ranting Merry Christmas Everyone and a Happy New Year hopefully 2012 will be good to you for now.

Hockey Homicide Tribute Concept
This is my tribute to a Classic Goofy Film know as "Hockey Homicide" I know I use the Goofy head on both jerseys but in the end it's a classic, I really enjoy doing some "non" hockey team concepts, it really refresh my mind and come up with something different, craft it a little, and tweak it to not only make look like a hockey jersey but also look like something from a favourite TV shows, or comic books, and etc, and that my friend is "Hockey Jersey Art" to me, and I'm proud of it.
Well, I'm done with my "Random Ranting Rambling" for now.

Nashville Predators Concept
Brought back some pre-edge to this concept with some additional features. Add the checkerboard patterns on the arms, hem, and even on the sides. I made the letters standard block with a thin trim, the numbers are also standard block but with two trims on it, and tweak the ends on the numbers.

Minnesota North Stars Concept 2
On this set, I redid both the arms and the hem stripes. Add piping to the jerseys to give the Reebok touch to it.

Minnesota North Stars Concept
Classic North Stars set in a Reebok form with just a star on the shoulders for both the home and the road. Add a thick green stripe with a thin white strip on the pants.

Kitchener Rangers Concept
It's just a simple New York Rangers old pre-edge alternate jerseys with Kitchener Rangers logos slapped on it nothing more to explain about it.

Toronto Maple Leafs Concept part 2
This Concept is base on the 1967 uniform with a thin wrist cuff with the 1963-1967 logo plus a 1927-1938 and 1967-1970 logo as alternate logos.
The differences between this concept and the other one from my last post are this has honoured numbers and retired numbers the same thing that, I did with the Habs concept this pretty good concept if I say so myself.
So that's my Leafs concept, I'll have some more concepts soon or a "Blue Moon" moment.

Toronto Maple Leafs Concept + HJC Entry update
Well, both my Phx concept and my Brampton concept didn't win that's the bad news, but the good news is I ended up in 2nd place on both of them.
However there is the HJC Open, I entered with no concept made until I found one that I made but haven't posted it or send it, so I decided to join in the "Open" and won the first round of the HJC Open indeed I was shocked so people I give you the Concept that got me through the 1st round the "Toronto Make Me Laughs"!
Uhh I mean the Toronto Maple Leafs.
I'll explain this concept later because I made 2 versions of this concept.

Brampton Battalion Concept
So this week, I entered the CHL ReDesign Challenge only did 1 team because, I was busy with work and other stuff, so I did a Brampton Battalion Concept all 3 jerseys (home, road, and 3rd) in this concept I put the New York Ranger style diagonally down with the word "Battalion" on it, also I made a Secondary logo it has army stripes, and above it was a poppy, the colours are Green, Gold, and Black, and Green camouflage so here it is the concept.

Colorado Avalanche Concept 2
This is my Colorado Avalanche Concept the pre-edge style Jersey this concept was base on one of my Fanfic project (if I ever going to do it) so anyway I decided to throw the Avalanche logo on it and add the old Colorado Rockies logo on the shoulder, and there you go.

R.I.P. Atlanta Thrashers 1999-2011
Well, it's official on May 31. 2011 the Atlanta Thrashers is moving to Winnipeg Manitoba (name yet determent) all I can say is congrats to the people of Winnipeg to have NHL back at there city but however I felt like they should have the Phoenix Coyotes instead of the Atlanta Thrashers but sadly our commissioner Gary Bettman choose to keep a team that no one wants to buy them that located in the middle of the desert and keep a lot of people paying their tax money for a team they don't care over a team that could have a better chance of getting a better local company to buy the team and keep them there *sigh* Only in the God Damn NHL but aside from that this shows a sign the end is coming, and that end is the southern team run and Gary Bettman's pet the Coyotes unless those teams have some stupid billionaire people that will throw their money out there for no reason what so ever all of those teams in the south future is blank.
Now back to the Thrashers I always believe this could be the only southern team in the NHL that could work I mean the team was named after a bird and they share the same arena with other sport teams so it's a win win thing but sadly nobody really went to games and they didn't do very well overall they made only 1 playoff appearance, and that's that but one thing that made me like about them it's their Jerseys I mean in their first 5 seasons they had one of the best jerseys I have ever seen mostly there Road/Home Jersey the one that's had the "T" logo on it it's awesome I actually own that one then until in 2003 they introduced an alternate jersey the one that was something I would have come up with, I'm not saying it's the worst I just wish they didn't make their powder blue jersey as the main home witch they carried over to their Edge system and to make things more worst they introduced that god awful third jersey witch also the socks they wore made it even worst, so they started there jersey good to bad you can say, but still the "Blueland" thing they had was actually a smart move too bad they had to use the powder blue over navy blue so they would stay a little longer so I'm done ranting for now.

Phoenix Coyotes Concept and a little rant
Sorry for the lack of update I'm not one of those people that always update like 1 to 4 times a week person I continually update once a blue moon and guess what the blue moon has appeared so with that here's my concept.
Well now we know that the Yotes are staying for one more season thanks to Bettman and the city Glendale group that voted in favourite of keeping the team there and of course throw in another $25 million plus the other $25 million earlier to make it $50 million which makes the total now from 1996 to now they lost is 550 million dollars all I can say is wow those people really do anything they can to throw all that taxpayers money to keep the team that hockey in the desert is "STILL" not working so sooner or later it'll go down to two ways 1. they'll move the club to somewhere north, or 2. fold the team either way sooner or later Gary Bettman is going to wave the white flag.
So for now here's my Phoenix Coyotes Concept.
As you can see this concept it's a nice alternate jersey to replace their current one the stripes on their arms, and around the hem is base on there old 1996 to 2003 jersey with there current colours so there go.

Montreal Canadiens Concept Version 1 and 2
This is Version 1 this Jersey I put together I decided to keep the classic look with a touch of vertical piping on the front and the back of the jersey, then give a vise versa on the side, then add some old logos from the early days on the stripes and here it is I kinda like this design it may not be a jersey that no one will see this full time (or a 3rd for that matter) but some has to dream it.
Version 2 you see here at first it looks the same yes, but if you closely at the front of the jersey you'll see some numbers what does it mean?
The answer they are Retired Numbers I decide to add them as a tribute to all the Canadiens greats that made this team who they are.
