2015 NHL Playoff Pickz: Round 3 review, and the Stanley Cup pick

Hi everyone Alan here for my review of the 3rd round, and my last pick for this year Stanley Cup playoffs!

But first I have announcement, I have decide to take a break from this site for the summer due to the lack of making tons of concepts, and lack of time of doing projects that I've been trying from months to even over a year to do but thanks to being busy with work. With summer around the corner I'm taking an advantage of it and hoping that I'll get those projects done and out of the way. As for my other social media pages, my twitter page will still be going there will some retweets here and there nothing more. My Facebook page will keep going it'll be mostly my classic posts I've been doing for a while.

I know it's looks confusing but that's my plan and I'm sticking to it. So let's get to my review of the Conference finals.

Western Conference
 Anaheim Ducks (P1) vs. Chicago Blackhawks (C3)
My pick: Ducks in 6
The result: Blackhawks wins it in 7
For the first time that I got this one 100% wrong, not a happy camper.

Eastern Conference
New York Rangers (M1) vs. Tampa Bay Lightning (A2)
My Pick: Rangers in 7
The result: Lightning wins it in 7
Not happy at all with this series, not happy at all!

And now without a due it's my last pick of the 2015 NHL Playoff Pickz! The match up from the West it's the Chicago Blackhawks (C3) taking on the east Tampa Bay Lightning (A2) the original 6 greats vs. the original 6 slayer, who will win?
My pick: Blackhawks in 6

2015 NHL Playoff Pickz: Round 2 review, and Round 3 picks

Hi everyone Alan here for another "NHL Playoff Pickz 2015!"  This one is quickie so let's get to it.

Western Conference

Chicago Blackhawks (C3) vs. Minnesota Wild (WC1)

My pick: Blackhawks in 6

Result: Blackhawks wins it in 4

Wow the Wild didn't even played like they played in the 1st round, what a waste of pick on this one.

 Anaheim Ducks (P1) vs. Calgary Flames (P3)

My pick: Ducks in 5

Result: Ducks wins it in 5!
Finally I got a pick right, I knew the would win this round.

Eastern Conference

Montreal Canadiens (A1) vs. Tampa Bay Lightning (A2)

My pick: Habs in 6

Result: Lightning wins it in 6
Montreal didn't played well, while the Bolts didn't show any flaws like they didn't had 7 games with the Wings.

New York Rangers (M1) vs. Washington Capitals (M2)

My pick: Rangers in 5

Result: Rangers wins it in 7
It took 7 games but the Rangers did it they're in the conference finals.

With that done time for the Conference Final picks.

Western Conference
 Anaheim Ducks (P1) vs. Chicago Blackhawks (C3)
ANA: The Ducks did pretty much kept their "A" game going through out this year playoffs in a impressive way.
CHI: Chicago swept the Wild and got their mojo going!
Overall: Many said the Hawks, but I'm the few calls for the Ducks!
My pick: Ducks in 6

Eastern Conference
New York Rangers (M1) vs. Tampa Bay Lightning (A2)
NYR: The Rangers got the groove but can they hold on?
TBL: The Lightning shocked everyone mainly me with their 2nd round victory over the Habs.
Overall: Many see the Lightning going to the finals, however I'm calling for the Rangers in this one, and it's going all the way.
My Pick: Rangers in 7

2015 NHL Playoff Pickz: Round 1 review, and Round 2 picks

Yo yo yo everybody, Alan here for my 1st round review, and my round 2 picks. Let's get on with my 1st round review!

Western Conference

St. Louis Blues (C1) vs. Minnesota Wild (WC1)

My pick: Blues in 6

The result: Wild wins it in 6
Once again I pick the Wild to lose the 1st round, and once again the Wild moves on to 2nd round. Thanks for losing this series Blues.

Nashville Predators (C2) vs. Chicago Blackhawks (C3)

My pick: Predators in 6

The result: Blackhawks wins it in 6
I thought the Preds got this one, but sadly it didn't happened, enough said.

Anaheim Ducks (P1) vs. Winnipeg Jets (WC2)

My pick: Ducks in 7

The result: Ducks wins it in 4
I was hoping for a 7 game series but sadly the Jets didn't had what it take to beat the Ducks, mainly trying to keep the lead for a whole game before falling apart. But don't worry Jets fans they'll will be back.

Vancouver Canucks (P2) vs. Calgary Flames (P3)

My pick: Canucks in 6

The result: Flames wins it in 6
I knew the Flames are going give the Canucks a hard time, but beating them, that I did not see that coming. 

Eastern Conference

Montreal Canadiens (A1) vs. Ottawa Senators (WC1)
My pick: Habs in 5
The result: Habs wins it in 6
The Sens made it a 6 game series that I didn't expected to happened, but in the end the Habs are heading to the 2nd round.

Tampa Bay Lightning (A2) vs. Detroit Red Wings (A3)
My pick: Lightning in 5
The result: Lightning wins it in 7
Dear Tampa Bay Lightning, please try to win series more quicker!

New York Rangers (M1) vs. Pittsburgh Penguins (WC2)
My pick: Rangers in 4
The result: Rangers wins it in 5
I'm surprised this went to 5, but in the end the Rangers took them out easily.

Washington Capitals (M2) vs. New York Islanders (M3)
My pick: Islanders in 7
The result: Caps wins it in 7
It went all the way to game 7, but the Caps one up against the Islanders.

With that out of my system on to my 2nd round picks!

Western Conference

CHI: The Hawks still got what it takes to make it all way to the finals.
MIN: Not pleased with the Blues losing to this team really bad.
Overall: This one will last only 6 games.
My pick: Blackhawks in 6

 Anaheim Ducks (P1) vs. Calgary Flames (P3)
ANA: The Ducks won the 1st round with the sweeper over the Jets.
CAL: The Flames burns the Canucks in 6!
Overall: The Ducks will win this one, but not in 4.
My pick: Ducks in 5

Eastern Conference
Montreal Canadiens (A1) vs. Tampa Bay Lightning (A2)
MON: The Habs moves on after their hard battle with the Sens.
TB: It took the Lightning 7 games to beat the Wings, but they beat them.
Overall: A rematch from last year only difference is this is 2nd round.
My pick: Habs in 6

New York Rangers (M1) vs. Washington Capitals (M2)
NYR: The Rangers gave the Pens a beat down, and ready to do some more!
WSH: The Caps beat the Islanders, will the Rangers be next?
Overall: Rangers got this one!
My pick: Rangers in 5

2015 NHL Playoff Pickz: Round 1

Hi everyone playoffs is tomorrow night so without any yapping from me let’s get to my picks!

Western Conference

St. Louis Blues (C1) vs. Minnesota Wild (WC1)

STL: The Blues are top in their division and hoping to be in better shape in this year than last year.

MIN: Wild made themselves clear that they are the team to beat.

Overall: Wild maybe the team to beat, but the Blues got this series!

My pick: Blues in 6

Nashville Predators (C2) vs. Chicago Blackhawks (C3)

NSH: The Preds smash their way to the best season in the team history.

CHI: The Hawks will have a tough task in hand with this one.

Overall: With their top players expected to be at 100% for their series with a good team.

My pick: Predators in 6

Anaheim Ducks (P1) vs. Winnipeg Jets (WC2)

ANA: The Ducks are all healthy and ready to make bit run out of this one.

WPG: I still can’t believe the Jets are in the playoffs after so many years!

Overall: The Ducks may more likely win the “Selanne” series, but they’ll have to do it the hard way.

My pick: Ducks in 7

Vancouver Canucks (P2) vs. Calgary Flames (P3)

VAN: After disaster year, after disaster year, after disaster year, and after disaster year since their 2011 finals loss, the Canucks are back and ready to get back where they were before.

CAL: First playoffs since 2009, they’re not going to waste this series!

Overall: Canucks + Flames = Smash mouth hockey series!

My pick: Canucks in 6

Eastern Conference

Montreal Canadiens (A1) vs. Ottawa Senators (WC1)

MTL: The Habs are top in their division and hope to make it all the way.

OTT: The Sens squeeze their way in the playoffs knocking off the Bruins!

Overall: Underrated playoffs matchup like this one will stay underrated and will not disappoint anyone. (Well not this one.)

My pick: Habs in 5

Tampa Bay Lightning (A2) vs. Detroit Red Wings (A3)

TB: The Lightning are hoping to win this 1^st round, unlike last year disappointment.

DET: The playoff streak is still in tack for the wings.

Overall: Tampa will take the “Yzerman” series.

My pick: Lightning in 5

New York Rangers (M1) vs. Pittsburgh Penguins (WC2)

NYR: The Rangers are the Presidents' Trophy winner, will they break the curse?

PIT: The Pens fought their way to get that final playoff spot.

Overall: It’s a walk in the park for the Rangers!

My pick: Rangers in 4  

Washington Capitals (M2) vs. New York Islanders (M3)

WSH: The Caps are back in playoffs in a different form better than any playoffs form they had years ago!

NYI: This Islanders are primed and ready to make a playoff run for one last time in their old broken down barn.

Overall: I know this one is a 7 game series but witch one will win?

My pick: Islanders in 7
